@everyone else: seems like only asrock boards are making real trouble with zen 2. so all of this is not a zen 2, but an purely asrock issue.

AH AH AH !!! I made 1 typing error and you call me bullsh*t AH AH AH

I apologize for the typing error... 1.275 is what i tried since it was higher than the 1.2 it put my kit at by default on my board... and like i said after... it passed the boot but as soon it load windows then bsod so computer restart...meaning not enough power... so from there i raised till 1.375 wich is a bit higher than the manufacturer 1.350 for 3200mhz !!!
I didn't found a way to modify post to correct that typing error... is there a way ???

Also No the XMP and/or DOCP problems are not just with Asrock... BUT... what i found is...
Seems like i can't even manually set my ram to the kit clocks aka 3200mhz 1.350v because i don't find the option for BCLK... and this BCLK should be set at 1600 for my 3200 kit (dram calculator and thaiphoon)
That's the only option i didn't found in complete bios...
That's what you can change on some boards like Asus and i'm not sure if it's just my Phantom Gaming 4 or if all Asrock boards are missing it !?!
So can you and everybody take a look in their bios to see if they can change the BCLK Please ??? Maybe it's only X570 boards like mine who miss it and maybe it is the cause of ram problems... maybe not... hopefully we will find soon so a fix can be made !!! It may not be the reason why the XMP don't work but it surely is the reason why i can't manually set my ram to manufacturer's clocks aka 3200mhz 1.350v !!!

ANother typing error...AH AH AH That's what happen when you speak and write in 2 languages simultaneously AH AH AH    FCLK not BCLK So FCLK should be set at 1600 for ram to run at 3200 but FCLK option is missing !!!
