According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:
1. Please enter the BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default setting.
2. Only install one stick memory to check if system can work stably.
3. Re-install OS or install another SSD/HDD with clean OS to verify OS environment.
4. Only install one stick memory by turns to check if the symptom is caused by one of specific module.
5. If possible, please install another CPU/memory to verify.
